Pets:

Non-refundable fee: $250.00 for first pet and $100 for each additional pet

Monthly pet rent fee: $25.00 (with vet certificate)

Dogs:

• Must be under 20 lbs when full grown
• Must be at least 1 year old

Cats:

• Must be declawed
• Must be spayed or neutered

Lease Terms:

One-year lease term required except at the following locations (additional monthly fees may apply):
