Pets:

Non-refundable fee: $250.00 for first pet and $100 for a 2nd pet.

Monthly pet rent fee: $25.00 per pet (with vet certificate)

Please note: Pet rent is not pro-rated.  The full monthly pet rent is charged for any partial month a pet is in an apartment.  No more than two pets allowed.

Dogs:

• Must be at least 1 year old
• Must be under 20 lbs when full grown
• No aggressive breeds

Cats:

• Must be declawed
• Must be spayed or neutered

Lease Terms:

One-year lease term required except at the following locations (additional monthly fees may apply to a lease of less than one year):

• Anchor
• Fieldcrest
• Matson

Please note: Rent is pro-rated based on your move-in date for all months except August.  The full monthly rent is charged for any move-in date scheduled for the month of August.
